Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had everything we needed though the rooms were slightly dated and had a crack in the bathroom sink. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs, but the dining experience could be better. Overall, a lovely stay despite some minor issues.
The hotel was not quite what I expected, as the room was hot and uncomfortable. However, it was lovely, very clean, and ultimately quite comfortable. The staff were amazing, ensuring the highest quality of service. The location was ideal for our visit. The dining experience was lacking, with buffet items not replenished promptly. Overall, mixed feelings about this stay.
The hotel had some minor cleanliness issues in the rooms like some tissues left in the bathroom and stains on the sink and bed sheet, but overall, it was a lovely stay. The room needed a bit of upkeep. The night was a bit uncomfortable with the cold temperature, no spare blankets, and two single beds instead of a double. However, the balcony doors opening out to face the restaurant and outside seating added a nice touch.
